3. User Accounts & Membership To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. We offer different tiers of membership:
- Visitors: Can access public content and a limited preview of our directories.
- Free Members: Registered users who have access to more content, community features, and an extended preview of our directories.
- Premium Members: Paid subscribers who have unlimited access to all directories, premium databases, and potentially other benefits as defined in the subscription plan.
4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Credits
- Billing: For Premium Members, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.
- Credit System: Certain features of the Service may require the use of “credits.” Credits may be granted monthly as part of a subscription or earned through specific actions on the Site. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your Premium Membership at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You grant ScaleUpSaaSHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service. 7. Prohibited Activities You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping.”
- Using any automated system, including “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time.
- Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email.
